Artisan Essence: All products showcased on our website are meticulously perfected by hand. Minor artisan variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural hallmark of handmade luxury and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Representations: The product images on our website serve as highly accurate visual representations. Due to the authentic nature of heritage crafts, subsequent creations cannot be 100% identical, but will always maintain the same premium design, luxury quality, and composition. Digital mockups or physical proofs will not be provided prior to shipping.
No Returns, No Exchanges

Given that our hampers and lifestyle items are handmade, curated, and customized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchange requests under any circumstances once an order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

We take immense care in our packaging; however, if a delicate item arrives broken due to courier mishandling, the customer must report the damage to us within 4 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a claim or replacement, the customer must provide clear proof of damage via email or WhatsApp, including photos or an unboxing video, to help us process the dispute with our delivery partners. Requests received after the 4-hour window will not be entertained.
Corporate & Bulk Orders

For bulk or corporate gifting orders, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is strictly required to secure materials and initiate production.

If a corporate client cancels an order midway or post-approval, the 50% advance deposit will be forfeited by House of Kalakaary to recover the cost of customized production and resources, as these tailored orders cannot be repurposed or resold.
Any disputes, claims, or matters arising out of transactions on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws applicable in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
